Fyrdin Migdin consists of Zoi Vlassi and Natassa Tapaki and it is a new puppet theatre group that understands the street as the ideal place to act and communicate. They both studied at Theatre Department, School of Fine Arts, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and at the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramatico de Madrid (2003-2004). They are doing puppet theatre the last 2 years and they are studying at Stathis Markopoulos’ and Christos Avtsidis’ school. They work as a group since 2004: ‘Evasion’, physical theatre, Madrid 2004, ‘Ductame’, theatrical play, Thessaloniki 2005, ‘Dreamwalker’, theatrical play, Thessaloniki 2005, ‘Flox’, puppet theatre, Athens 2008. Flox, the box and the clouds A performance with no speech, only music and a desktop- puppet doll. A child discovers through playing the world by looking at it through the spectrum of the free childish fantasy until…a big ‘must’ interrupts her game and force her to follow destinations that she would never have chosen. Fear and agony take the place of joy and discovery. But…every problem brings along a gift. The bigger the problem, the bigger the gift will be. A performance for children from 3- 93 years old and youngsters from all ages that love music and they despise all the ‘musts’.
